Dragons put the hammer on the Cougars

 For what is put during the season, the word spread Friday night at Lake Orion was domination.

It was a clinic as Lake Orion hammered Stoney Creek 42-7 to improve it’s record to 4-0, and 3-0 in the Red. Stoney Creek falls to 2-2, and 1-2 in the Red.

The Dragons took the opening kickoff, then scored on four running plays then added a passing touchdown for it’s scoring.

The Cougars played without their starting quarterback who injured his knee last week in a 19-14 loss to Troy. Stoney Creek scored their only touchdown on a 20 yard touchdown pass.

The Cougars will play Clarkston at home next week while the Dragons have a big showdown with Troy next week at home.
