Well its time to move on for the Dragons.
Orion suffered it’s third straight loss to the West
Bloomfield Lakers on Friday night 37-7 at West Bloomfield.
The Dragons would get it’s only touchdown in the first
quarter as Max Horneffer went 37 yards for a touchdown which was the first
score in eight quarters against the Lakers and a short lived 7-0 lead.
Turnovers continued to plague Orion as they had three
fumbles and two interceptions in the game. It was very similar to the Chippewa
Valley game at Wayne State two weeks ago when they lost 27-7.
West Bloomfield is 2-1, 2-0 in the Red would score 37
straight points getting the win. The Lakers have now outscored the Dragons 99-14
in the last two meetings.
It was a bad night for the Dragons as they fell to 1-2, 1-1
in the Red. Orion plays Oxford next whom comes in at 1-2, 1-1 in the Red.
