OAA Rankings. Week Seven.

24. Hazel Park Vikings (0-7): Sweet Caroline has sworn over the Vikings.

23. Pontiac Phoenix (0-7): Phoenix allowed 62 points for the second time this season.

22. Ferndale Eagles (1-6): Time for Girls Basketball Season to start.

21. Farmington Falcons (1-6): Sean Coulter is still in disbelief after losing 42-14 at home to Bloomfield Hills.

20. Troy Athens Red Hawks (1-6): Even fourth string quarterbacks are beating the Red Hawks right now.

19. Southfield-Lathrup Chargers (1-6): New system, new regime. It's going to take time to grow.

18. Troy Colts (2-5): Ever since the fourth quarter against Lake Orion, the Colts have been outscored 118-7.

17. Avondale Yellow Jackets (3-4): Yellow Jackets put 56 up on Hazel Park last week but it was too little, too late.

16. Bloomfield Hills Blackhawks (2-5): Blackhawks exposed Farmington’s pass defense like darts on a dartboard Friday night.

15. Berkley Bears (3-4): Tough loss to Groves in Beverly Hills. The Bears have been playing much better as of late.

14. North Farmington Raiders (4-3): Standing between them and the playoffs is the Hazel Park Vikings.

13. Royal Oak Ravens (3-4): Ryan Irish has more wins (three) than the Ravens had the last six years (two.)

12. Oxford Wildcats (3-4): Needs to beat Oak Park and West Bloomfield to even think about playoffs.

11. Rochester Adams Highlanders (4-3): Missed opportunities doomed the Highlanders against Southfield last week.

10. West Bloomfield Lakers (4-3): Lakers are rolling including an upset of Stoney Creek at home.

9. Rochester Falcons (4-3): These two weeks will decide the Falcons season against Stoney Creek and Adams.

8. Stoney Creek Cougars (5-2): Cougars will have to wait one more week to try and clinch its first trip back to the playoffs since 2007.

7. Groves Falcons (7-0): Big game at Seaholm looms this week in the battle of Birmingham

6. Seaholm Maples (7-0): Big game at home against Groves looms this week in the battle of Birmingham.

5. Oak Park Knights (5-2): Road weary Knights finally get a home game this week against Oxford.

4. Harrison Hawks (6-1): Hawks put up 60 points in a wild and crazy game with Oak Park should get a rest with Farmington coming to Herrington Field next.

3. Lake Orion Dragons (6-1): Dragons put 62 points up on Pontiac. They get a tough assignment against Clarkston’s strong defense this week.

2. Southfield Blue Jays (6-1): Get ready for the winner of Lake Orion/Clarkston, Blue Jays.

1. Clarkston Wolves (6-1): This will be the Wolves toughest game since week one when Lake Orion comes to visit Clarkston.
